Who are my customers?
There are many English enrichment centres currently operating and most hire native English speakers. The I Can Read curriculum and methodology is so powerfully unique that its effectiveness is not heavily dependent on the particular teacher. Both native speakers (foreign teachers) as well as local teachers in many countries produce equally effective results. Our proven curriculum has taught children to read at a quicker pace than others. At the same time, it has also taught them to speak English confidently.

Zhu Haifeng, father of Thomas, testifies to our efficacy. “Thomas comes from a Chinese-speaking family. We struggled to find a suitable English literacy programme that would help give him an edge over his peers. We enrolled Thomas at I Can Read when he was in the second year of kindergarten as I found the I Can Read curriculum to be more interactive and dynamic.
Within a short time, we noticed Thomas had made great progress in reading English stories. The I Can Read system taught Thomas learn Phonology (speaking and pronunciation of words), spelling and comprehension at a comfortable pace through fun classes. We are thankful to I Can Read,” said Mr. Zhu who hails from China.
I Can Read does not use standardised tests to grade its students. We understand every child develops at his or her own pace. Our unique programme gives individual students the confidence to work on problematic words. This is why we have 170,000 success stories, a number that grows higher each and every day. Our methods work because our founders spent 15 years studying the psychological processes that students use when they learn to read.

Parents of Aaron and Baron Ting said: “Both of our sons were enrolled at I Can Read before they turned 3 years old. Within just a few months, we’d noticed they would pick up books to read without asking. They were also better at communicating with us. Most important of all, they enjoy the lessons and love the interactions they have in class.”

“Batin used to be shy and could not articulate his ideas and opinions well in English,” said Ms. Noor Azizah Rusli. “After enrolling him at I Can Read, we see a marked difference as he can mingle and speak with his friends confidently. Even his kindergarten teacher has noticed his transformation.”
Ms. Azizah also said her daughter Diana has benefitted from the I Can Read system. “She had a hard time expressing herself like Matin. But after a few months, we were delighted when she spoke her first complete English sentence. Not only does Diana enjoy attending lessons, she has also picked up an extensive vocabulary. We are impressed!”
Parents of children aged from 2.5 years old to 12 have noticed – and praised – the I Can Read curriculum for improving their children’s English skills.
