Consultant Officer (ICR HCM)


1. Handle student enrolment

  • Sign up students for courses
  • Arrange payment for courses
  • Check the inquiries
  • Arrange class transfers (promotion)
  • Arrange school fee savings (suspension)
  • Assign classes from level assessment for students
  • Follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer
2. Handle programmes consultations and sales activities
  • Introduce the company
  • Clarify customers’ needs 
  • Give pre-consultations
  • Get students’ information
  • Arrange Assessment
  • Deliver programmes / course consultations
3. Handle customer care activities
  • Handle customer complaints, customer requests
  • Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
  • Follow up assessment booked lists
  • Follow up Trial not sign up
  • Do the telesales
  • Email to customers as requested
  • Call new signed-up before start day
4. Handle customer payment
  • Receive customer payments
  • Transfer cash balance to bank (assigned by finance Dept.)
5. Administration tasks
  • Manage students’ documents
  • Make reports: weekly, monthly reports
6. Performance KPIs
  • Sales: 60%
  • Collection: 20%
  • Enrolment: 20%



  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
  • Strong sales and customer service focus
  • Language Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
  • Computer Familiar with MS Office
  • Good Curriculum knowledge
  • Sales orientation
  • College/University graduated is an advantage
  • Sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service
