Our Cho Chu Kang centre offers a fun and loving environment, where your child will feel comfortable and engaged in their learning experience.

Welcome to our recently moved and freshly painted Choa Chu Kang Centre!  We have just relocated to the Hillion Mall to a much more spacious and convenient location.  So, without further ado, let's meet our amazing teachers!

Teacher Arun brings 7 years of MOE teaching experience and an impressive array of qualifications and education history.  He enjoys spending time in nature, practising yoga, and reading.  He cares for all of his students and is invested in developing their English and literacy abilities.

Teacher Darragh has been with us at I Can Read for almost 2 years! He is a graduate from Trinity College in Dublin and has many years of experience teaching children and adults.  He enjoys playing sports, watching movies and travelling around the world.  Teacher Darragh believes, “Practice makes perfect” and he strives to help each child in his classroom to learn and grow.

Teacher Steve is a graduate from Aberystwyth University in the United Kingdom where he studied History.  When he first moved to Singapore, he gained experience teaching in a preschool and an enrichment centre.  When he's not working, he likes to read and cook and enjoys travelling.  Teacher Steve says learning should be fun and enjoyable.

Teacher Nadiah, a graduate from Northumbria University has teaching experience at an International College here in Singapore.  She enjoys learning new languages and exploring Christmas markets.  She encourages all of her students to try their best and creates an enjoyable classroom environment.  Her teaching ethos is the following quote from Alfred Mercier, “What we learn with pleasure, we never forget.”

Teacher Lauren joins us with a degree in Business Management from RMIT University.
She has experience teaching children in Vietnam and Singapore and has been with us for over a year.  During her free time, Lauren enjoys trekking and reading. Her belief that teaching contributes more to the future of our society (than any other profession) is reflected in her attitude and approach to her students.
